But you need to get 21 days experience to activate your messenger feature.
I mean keep being active around 3 weeks

Join sololearn only a 2 weeks ago, right? You'll have to wait so more so you can use the message feature.

However the problem you describe may be a bug: Maybe clearing cache on your phone or sign out and sign in could help.

There's a bug that sometimes shows the number of new notifications even after you checked them. Closing and reopening the app helps sometimes. You may have to do it multiple times.
