The hardest programming language seems to be Malbolge. Even for a simple "Hello world!" you will get insane in the brain. https://esolangs.org/wiki/Malbolge

It depends on the interest of the person. Because interest in something is inversely proportional to hard

c++ is supposed to be hardest to manage than kotlin... but Atul is right: if you're interested by low level development (and all the more not by android development) this could be the inverse ^^

C++ is the hardest language for students to master, mostly because they have to think much. Really much. We don't claim that C# is easy, or Java is easy, but in comparison, yep, they are easy. ... In Java/C# you have automatic memory management out of the box so you don't have to worry about memory deallocation ever.

I first worked with python then c++ but I feel c++ is easy so it depends on your interests.

See Prince Sheth I started programming with java and when I come to c/c++ or c# . I wonder that they are friends. So basically completing one language of C family will help you quickly learn other languages
