REG. PYTHON
Many seniors are saying that "Eventhough Py is easy & powerful... Companies hire only c/ c++ developers..." These questions make me overthink and unable to focus on further studying Py..is it true??

I don't know who told you that. Python is extremely popular (too much actually) and thus there a lot of jobs in Python.
But at the same time, it would be wrong to say that learning Python will get you the job you want. You need to decide your language on the basis of what you want to do. For example, it would be absurd to think you can make an OS in Python. Most languages nowadays are popular in a specific area.
You mentioned that you want to do app development. So you can learn Kotlin or Java for Android. Java was traditionally used for app-dev, but Kotlin is catching up. So I would suggest learning Kotlin. For iOS, Swift is the more commonly used. For cross-platform apps, there are many frameworks in JavaScript and there is one that I know of in C# that is - Xamarin. Many frameworks work with many languages, which you can search on the web. You can choose any of these. Python unfortunately, is not that popular for app-development.
