Why i cant write text in a other keyboard langue

html is based on english :-)

You should be able to write text in any language you desire. If it's a display problem, just set your characters encoding to utf-8. And just make also sure that you're writing things (tags and everything..) correctly cause it's <!Doctype html> and not the way you've written it here.
