Which is easiest programming language for a noob to start with ?

HTML and CSS are not really programming languages but you should begin with these two. Else I don't know, some will say Ruby, other Python, others Java. Once you learnt HTML and CSS, the best is to start with Javascript.

I would say java as it treats objects as if it were in the real world. So its very simple to understand.

i would say python. i find it a lot easier than java and more intuitive, its more fun too. java is nice but its complex and have many rules
