It depends.
C is old and a little complicated
Ruby and Python are begginer friendly
Java is universal
JavaScript - ABSOLUTE GOĐ ĎAMN CĤAOS
HTML isn't real coding, it's a script
CSS is a mind *bleep* and useless
SQL- N/A (I don't understand)
Scratch (www.scratch.mit.edu) is absolute child level
