What do I choose between Java and PHP?

I've done Java SE course in a coaching and did PHP by self (Online). As I can see myself, I'm now able to debug Java very much as compared to PHP but only able to create Java codes and not PHP. Since both have different futures, which one of them I choose?

I have interest in both. I want to become a great android developer because I always wanted to make a worthy software but I also want to become a web developer because I love making websites and watching web applications.

@meharban, Yes you are right that XML is pretty simple as it has user defined tags but if we look it in Android, we can see it's another face which we can't face so easily. I mean it's quite hard to understand what XML do in android.

@meharban singh, Yes I know, Java and XML are needed for Android and HTML, CSS, JS, SQL are for PHP. Only Language I don't know is XML, I know both but don't know where to immerse! I can't immerse in two seas at same time 😐

Ok, XML is very much simpler than HTML, since all its tags are self-named. so you decide their name, you need not learn anything.
