Can i practice data structures & algorithms too in this app?

I don't have a laptop yet and i am close to finish my 1st language (java) and i really want to learn algorithms can i practice them in this app(sorry if i sound ridiculously stupid but i really don't know)

And the best app for java is java-n-ide go and check it on playstore. It's a IDE for android. You can even develop your own application there .
