G++ stopped working

hi, i use dev C++. i was working in Windows 10.. i had work with it before.. suddenly I saw g++ stopped working error... i searched about it... I did what the search told me in addition i download a new version of g++ and installed... the error was gone.. but.... I had a code... in output was shown 12411 in screen... i edited the code... to show a + b (cout<<"a + b"<<endl;) but it showed 12411 again!! i don't know....i tried codeblocks... but again the same thing happened!
