Obviously Java. Java supports more APIs/libraries for Android development. Python can develop android apps but is not recommended. You can go for dart so that you can build cross platform apps i.e. ios and Android with a single code, using flutter. And as of now kotlin is growing rapidly that's why many companies want kotlin instead of java.
