Best way to stay motivated and focused?

If anyone has some good tips on how to stay motivated and focused about programming I would appreciate it! Or just anything that helped you on your programming journey :)

I always see the best application of languages which I learn.
I mean what are the bigger things i can do with it.and tried to create something like that.(seriously I have not coded anything great) but it motivate me to explore that language so that I can do that bigger thing in easiest way. Bcz i'm super lazy.
