This is heavily based on opinion. They are all good frameworks for making single page applications.

Angular requires knowledge of TypeScript and not so easy to learn. It comes with everything but the kitchen sink! It is especially used for apps that require a CRUD type model.

React is easier to learn and has a large community too like Angular.

Vue is also very easy to learn. It is useful whether you are building a single page application or you just need to validate a form. The downside is that it is not so popular and it may be hard finding libraries to supplement the missing features.
