Can I learn React with no experience of any programming language?

I want to learn React, so I can get started on creating an app that's social media. I heard that you have to learn javascript before React, but it can take a while. So, can I just go straight to React without any difficulty?

Learning react without learning html, css and javascript is like trying to learn division without knowing addition, subtraction and multiplication.
