best book to learn c (i don't know anything about coding)

I suggest to use "c programming" by janesh dhanesha cause it is offline and has a lot to learn and also examples to practise.

For testing your bits i suggest "c4droid" cause it is offline but you should download it from web with an apk cause in playstore it worths.
