If Noh, which language should I learn???

If it's static site HTML, CSS, java script.
but dating site is dynamic you need use a framework like react or angular for dynamic data interaction, need to store the profiles so need database like MongoDB or SQL, need a back end programming language like PHP or node. these are necessary to develop a dating site.
