Can someone please help me?!

Question

I'm doing a website for a final essay. Everything was going smooth, till something strange happened to me. I can see my website in the Dreamweaver editor, but when I open my archive in Google Chrome, my website appears without any design. The error isn't from the code I think. Can someone chat with me so I can show more of the problem? I'm pretty sure it's simple, but I'm so confused

Have you internal or external css style?
