What about the program running on quantum computer?

Typically, we use computer reads 2 bits. While quantum computing with 4 bits. Will the all programming languages use or we have to create a new for its purpose to begin?

I think you meant about the states of the minimum unit of information. With classical computers (the ones we use) use the 'bit' as the unit of information. A bit can take 2 mutual exclusive states: 0 or 1 (either it's 0, or 1!) Meanwhile, a Qubit can be 0, 1 or both! About programming languages, there are a few existing quantum programming languages such as QCL. There are a few articles mentioning this, check them out!
