it means more time to get better, I already known about qbasic in class 8 at the age of 10 but got into programming after knowing about java at 17-18. So all these years got lost. IN SHORT EVERY AGE IS GOOD, FOR SMALLER GROUP THERE ARE SIMPLER LANGUAGE BUT AT 13 IT DOESN'T MATTER YOU COULD LEARN ANY. In one book that I was reading, writer was thanking his parents for getting him into programming at the age of 7.So you obviously could.

Learning at a early age is great! giving you more time to practice, and by the time you master code (for example web development), you will have the option to become a full time web developer :)

If you learn programming it makes you think in a different, more logical way. So yes, it is useful at any age.

there is no limitations of age, to learn a programming languages... so keep it up and try heard and soul :)
