Should I make a notes or only practice is enough

I recommend combing the two. Write code for practice, but as you write the code, insert detailed comments into the code to explain what it is you are writing and how it works. The code itself then becomes a point of reference for you to use in the future.

In my opinion notes aren't so important as there are many reference websites and material available on internet like w3schools

I think the best is to combine both because it helps a lot to remind things that you have learned,everything you do helps to reach your final goal ^_^
