Is this a bug in daily learning progress indicators?

Why does learning daily percent performance increase with the chart, but after reaching 100% only the chart grows? Is this a little bug?

No it's not a Bug. 100% criteria is everywhere but if you are doing something beyond the 100% means you are an extraordinary person. But if chart is growing then there should be some extra indication.

We assume that 100% is enough to do anything so we show 100% everywhere but sometimes people do more than that means 200%, 300%

So first the chart is connected with the percentage figure, and then, when figure reaches 100%, the chart is untied from the percentage figure? I glad to see 200% and more if I do more 🙂
