When are the Ruby, MySQL, CSS challenges coming?

Are there not enough quizzes written for the other language certificates, or are these languages planned at all for the challenges?

Invite all the people to make quizzes and and rate quizzes so there will be a new one (Random Function!) :D Teamwork guys!
