Do some courses, like Bootstrap 3, not give XP for completing? Is there a difference between official and user submitted?

Difference is that user those courses (bootstrap, kotlin ,Angular.js ,SQL etc) don't have any quizzes like other courses.

So they can't actually test if you have paid enough attention on lessons. Therefore no xp for their completion.
