Advice requested to move ahead after Ruby tutorial

I have completed Ruby tutorial i would love to be able to start developing for example data driven web applications how do i plan to move ahead what courses should I plan next to progress ahead please advice

If you're wanting to get started with Ruby on Rails, Code School do a great rails tutorial:

I'd then recommend getting all the necessary components installed and follow the getting started guide on this site:

http://guides.rubyonrails.org/getting_started.html

It takes your through creating a blog Web application step by step. After that, create something of your own. Start basic, then just keep adding to it.
