Best way to learn

I was wondering should i write theory of certain part of the code in the notebook with the code example or should i just do the coding without theory on my PC.Please write me your methods of learning coding through this app.

You don't need a notebook but if you feel that writing some notes helps you to learn better then by all means do that. Everyone has a different learning style but remember that there is no alternative to typing in and executing code yourself.
