Yes! Buddy . You can learn C++ without C. But I prefer to learn C then C++. Actually ++ is an increment operator, for which the name C++ itself tells that it's a step a head of C. i.e., all C features are in C++ also. And later on you can also try to learn C. You get about the format specifications.

Yes. C++ is a fully fledged programming language that is based on, but not dependent on, C. A lot of the syntaxes are also different, like how you print stuff.
