Should I learn java or c++

I am a data analyst,I can use sql and Python. I learned c++ about 4 years ago. I want to develop an app and create a website, which language is better? I am learning web knowledge on sololearn now.

Thanks all, I will try to use java first, because I want to create an Android app. It seems java will be more easier to use for now.
