How can i make this website visible to everyone?

You need a domain name and a server/web host. Your domain name is for example www.mywebsite.com. This needs to be purchased and represents an IP address that points to your server/web host. Next, you need to setup a LAMP or WAMP stack to host your server on your computer or you need to purchase an account with a web host and upload your pages to it.

For web hosts, I recommend Siteground.
