Scroll not Working

Hi Guys
I have been working on this website http://advkzn.co.za/ for a client in South Africa.

I am unable to get the scoll down working but if I click on Menu and outside the sliders its able to scroll. Can anyone of you friends be able to help? I am still new in Web Development and your help will help me improve my skills.

is overflow set to hidden for body or element that doesn not scroll? If so, you can do
overflow:auto;
in your cas to set overflow to auto, which scrolls if it needs to.
