Need some help guys

I edited the css file that I linked to php, but when I changed and saved it, refreshed the web, nothing changed :(
anyone could explain? Do I have to reconnect the css file?

ooooh,looks like the page still using the css from cache,

you can clear them, or use ctrl (or shift)+reload to force the page to use the files from the server

For the first time i linked to php file, it works! But when i edited css file, saved her, and reload the browser, nothing change, so 😕
