I really don't understand'm, I will tell you what i understand: Fixed: if it's set to fixed, the element won't be able to scroll. it will stay right where it is while the other elements scroll around it. And, i don't think scroll is a position. Absolute is sometimes used with :after and :before puesos. i'm not sure about the other once.(absolute + relative.)
