Why dont i get xps when I challenge someone?

The xps am supposed to get are shown after the challenge, but SoloLearn does not add any xp on the Leaderboard.
I posted the same question yesterday about this,but deleted it.
How can I report this to SoloLearn?

Agaba Edwin challenge me and try to upload the image in feed so that I can see what is going on

Agaba Edwin you have getting appropriate xp 6 on winning match you just missed to notice and feature is working correctly

leader board not updating may be device problem on your side so just clear cache memory and again install app after that if situation remain same mail sololearn
