Add option to reply/rate/report questions in challenges

Question

Sometimes I get questions (when doing a challenge) wichs are quite vague and sometimes even wrong or missing information. I would like to have the option to report those questions for improvement/review or even removal.

I currently don't remember an example of a wrong question bug most often the multiple choice questions lack information or the two correct answers don't tell the complete story.

I'm talking especially about the Java questions, Java is my expertise.
