First of all, don't demand anything. The people around here and try to help out with an answer do this in their spare time.
Secondly, take your time when typing in keywords. Simply putting a "hi" or "help" doesn't solve anything.
And finally, take a little more effort to state your question. Think as if you were the person whom the question was asked. Would you understand the asker?
