Can Solo learn Codes be linked with Github(VCS) ?

Not likely. But, I don't know enough VCS or Github to say for sure. SoloLearn codes can be accessed with web addresses so you might be able to include them in the project. But, they won't be able to be version controlled as the source has only one storage location so changes replace the original.
