Best CMS for web app E-commerce site.

What best cms will you suggest for me to build a web application for e-commerce site, ( note "web app" & "e-commerce") And what are the right lang to learn in order to build a web app ? (I'm currently on Java, Php and Js).. I will appreciate any external links tutorial on building a sucessful web app.. Thanks Please Note: After searching through google, i don't seems to understand weather wordpress is good or designed to include web app or maybe only the very experienced professionals can be able to use a complex code to manipulate WP and build the web application..

hey! magento is a cms specifically developed to handle large scale ecommerce site. so the best option to go for is to use magento. language to learn include: html, css, php and Javascript.
