Clear app cache and background processes.

Might be that your running multiple apps in the background, memory shortage or your devices processing speed is low..Try uninstalling some apps and close running apps..

Web run in your phone, so free some memory to make it smoother

Or.. The problem may be in your code. Like doing a loop in main thread ?
