I thought it converts like 34,4-->34, What's the sence of converting? Can I write a programm without converting?

I wanted to know why do we need to convert some number(34 for example) into integer if it's already int?

Console. ReadLine returns a string. You can see 34 but the compiler sees the literals 3 4
