Just like the way social media upload images and retrieve them as at when needed. where do keep the images, is it in the database or where , please should take time and help me out with so.e real example please

Examples are way too large to do here, but if you know how to make a CRUD, its enough.

yes I know about CRUD, I can create a database, insert data into it retrieve it, update them and equally delete it but not every data that I can manipulate like that but I have known the basic of it especially using form but as for the profile picture and related NO IDEA. so if it is long then try and give me a link where it is done in full aspect if you know one please, thanks
