Can #DEFINE be used to create an entirely different language?

I have come across the #DEFINE preprocessor directive in C++ which has the ability to convert the names of operations , tokens and data types completely. So is it possible to create an entirely different language using it? Forgive me if this is a stupid question for I am a total rookie.

No problem. We all learn all the time. Concerning ur question my answer is no, because #DEFINE does not have enough fuctions as C++.
