code analyzer or Moderators..

is there anyone feel like me that Sololearn need code analyzer or one of Moderators must have tolls to stop codes which is really give wrong solutions and result to be published as good code .... I will show one of these code with all my respect to the programmer and whom write it. The code name is Caesar Cipher from Madhov's with 295 upvotes with really wrong result the Caesar Cipher is based on the space must stay space and all alphabetic codes stay alphabetic that mean (a) become (z) if shift key is 1 and (A) become (Z) these three rules did not work these I know the interface is nice but wrong result of code means wrong code even if get 10000 upvotes. We have 10th code like that and nobody I feel care about that .

Most are beginners, and algorithms can be incorrect. They may not be aware if the code is wrong in some way or do not know how to fix it.

When you see it's giving wrong results you can post a comment with explanation, possibly with a solution (beware: some may not appreciate the feedback).
Also, votes do not decide the correctness of the code, results do.

About stopping codes from being published: That's unreasonable and too much work for a non-issue. Everyone has the right to publish codes. Just because it's not giving the desired result doesn't mean it should be censored.
