How to get to the advance part of any language?

bro i just wanna know...how do you approach things..
for instance: think u have learn c++,and now u wanna learn advanced c++(like u have already learned it)...so how do u approach?...in short how do u go to acquire any language's advance part...

Think of a project I want to build, try to build it, get stuck, look for solution on how to fix, find documentation, finish project, think of new features or better ways to do parts of project, try to implement those.
