When we get certificate after finished learn the course ?

I complete my html course but I didn't get certificate in real. This show me a certificate picture. Are that is my certificate ?

If you think about it, none of the accredited institutions (at least in the US) guarantee a job placement after paying all that tuition and graduating either. :) So the economic value of your certification and education has more to do with what you bring to it than what it brings to you.
