How to input CSS and JavaScript language to HTML for simple?

I gonna try to make website, but i need CSS and JavaScript into HTML for goodlooking my website.

First of all, for a good looking website doesnt matter if the JS and CSS is external or ineternal.
However, if you want a good looking website that is propper coded.

I really suggest you work from external CSS and JS files.
Since it is better to keep your work clean & clear and its a easy overview so you dont get lost that quickly.😊
