Virtual Machines (VMs) are a little esoteric and tricky to set up. Then there's finding a safe image of the android... I'd recommend sticking with the browser or mobile version. If there's something subpar about either, make a comment. The ladys and gents at SoloLearn are quick with updates.

The other alternative is to set up a virtual machine in your laptop and install android on it. Then you can install the sololearn app and use it as in your mobile device. Have fun!

if you have nodejs and npm in your laptop, you can turn the sololearn website into an desktop app using this npm module: https://www.npmjs.com/package/nativefier follow the steps there and you will have a sololearn desktop app on your machine that you can launch anytime.... although you will sfill need internet as opposed to downloading for offline use.

I use MEMU as an Android emulator on my laptop. You could access this app through that.
