I use Mlab. They give away 500MB Mongodb database for free.

✔ Highly recommend ,if you are testing then use WordPress it's free.
✔ Even you can download xammpp on your PC and start local server , where you can access phpmyadmin Too

ok, i checked out firebase and it is NOT what I'm looking for. It is a BaaS, backend as a service.

I'm looking for a free service that will run a backend, PHP or Python, and a database for me...firebase is WAY too complicated...
