Html5 and JavaScript

Hi, I’m interested in migrating from adobe flash to html5 and JavaScript. I don’t understand how is possible that I’m getting a different response when connected to the same website and use 2 different browsers. My puffin web browser everything loading fine but not chrome. I also tried edge, mozilla, explorer, and it doesn’t work. Only slow puffin load everything fine and doesn’t block anything. I think maybe migrate to html5 and JavaScript cause these issue. I want my web app’s to work properly. Advice?

-Make sure all your browsers are updated. -Learn the latest in html5. A flash app won't work if you 'migrate' to html5. It's time to start programming anew.

Of course my browsers are updated. I honestly believe it’s something to do with being too protected or too secured. Idk but the sorry puffin browser can run my website and fancy dancy chrome can’t. You’re saying it’s time for me to start programming so I can work my way around these issues?
