<html></html> It contains the whole of the HTML document, from the beginning to the end of the HTML document. The only thing in the HTML document outside it is the doctype declaration.

HTML elements are all tags and their closing tags including content. Some tags have no closing tags and no content. They are called 'void elements', like <hr>.

it contains all the html document files inside it! it's a code that its in the beginning of the file and ending! it's like a beam to the html documents stored inside it
