i know PHP,CSS ,jquery, and the framework symfony to continue learn is the best choice angular 2 or other framework of js?

It depends. The choice between Angular1, Angular 2/4/5, Vue, React or any other framework is a matter of taste.

Everyone will give you their opinion based on their preferences and their experiences developing, so that beyond some punctual and objective comparisons there is little you will find. In any case you can search about the frameworks and see which one adapts to your way of working.

I usually try frameworks whose examples are accessible or familiar to me just by looking at the code. In that way I know that it has firm names in the functions and a methodology that will be easy for me to follow.
