- Don't focus on things in terms of "fastest," especially in regard to learning. What is the need to hurry instead of taking the time to properly learn something? Learn at the pace that compliments your ability to learn. Rushing often leaves people without a full understanding of the concepts they learned and they end up spending more time later having to relearn stuff. Even if you rush through reading the languages, you're going to spend a very long time practicing the language and becoming good at it. - For myself, this is my method. Read through the ENTIRE language first. Afterward, practice what you learned and remember. Then read through the entire language again, but this time write down notes on the concepts you still don't fully understand. When you're done, research everything on your notes extensively and then practice those particular concepts so you can solidify what you learned about it. Repeat this process until you've mastered the language. - Consistency. The reality is that if you're not consistent, you're probably not going to make it as a programmer. Again, it takes a lot of time and effort to become decent at programming. Think of it like playing a musical instrument. At first you can't read the notes, and it's just sloppy noise that you're making. However, if you pick up the instrument and practice every day, eventually you start to make music and it seems to come from you effortlessly as you create songs from it. Programming is no different. At first you won't understand and what you do will seem sloppy, but if you keep practicing every day, eventually you'll be writing code with ease and begin to create programs effortlessly. - Sleep. Just like you have to rest your body, you have to rest your mind/brain as well. Get enough sleep each day and it'll help you think clearer. As well, when you're stuck on something you can't figure out, it's good to back off and approach it again once you've had sufficient time to rest. I'm out of characters, so this ends here. Good luck! :)
