Website building

Question

Ok... I've already done php css js html courses... So now i want to go a bit advanced,but im stuck with how to do it... Option 1: trying to open my site and develope my skills based on needs
Option 2: inspecting sites and go learn more about these courses in other sites
Option 3 : still too early lets go learn ruby or angular. Js and so on...

try to develope exemples , take websites and creat one look like them , or creat your own idea and keep develope that's gives u expretion and you'll find trobles when u found them solution you will learn ...
